RATES

The Residence Lilies is a private guest open all the year and the rents are exclusively week by week, from saturday to saturday. Rents for personalized periods have to be arranged. For stay less than 4 nigths the price is as a rule equal to the half of the price of an entire week.

• For each person more for the week is dued: 25 euro from 0 to 2 years old, 40 euro from 3 to 8 years, 55 euro from 9 to 14 years, 70 euro from 15 years. Single use 70 euro less for the week. Max 5 persons for each apartment.
• Linen and final cleaning of the apartment are included in the rate.
• Energy consumption (electricity, water and gas) are included, except the air conditioning or the heating that cost 7 euro each day.
• The outside car park is reserved and free, the indoor garage costs, on request, 5 euro each day.
• Animals are not allowed even if little-sized and in the apartments is forbidden to smoke.
• The departure must take place peremptorily within 10am, whereas the arrival is accepted from 1 pm.
